The Equality and Human Rights Commission’s draft guidance to schools in Scotland regarding transgender pupils was recently leaked into the public domain. It is our understanding that the guidance will be the same for schools in England and Wales will be the same.
Safe Schools Alliance will be writing the the EHRC to express our numerous concerns about this guidance.
We urge our supporters to write to their MP regarding this draft guidance.
