The Equality and Human Rights Commission are suggesting there are no safeguarding concerns with teenage males sharing dorm and changing rooms with teenage females. They are in dereliction of their duty of care towards children.

Who will be liable if schools follow this erroneous guidance? Who will protect the teachers that refuse to go along with this dereliction of safeguarding?

These are certainly questions that schools and teaching unions must carefully consider.
