The Times reports that Oxfordshire County Council has withdrawn its trans toolkit after the threat of legal action by a 13-year-old girl, supported by Safe Schools Alliance.
Our spokeswoman Tanya Carter told the paper “We remain deeply concerned at the widespread undermining of child safeguarding and misrepresentation of the Equality Act that this case has revealed.”
